Standard time for the arrival is after 14:00 and before 20:00 hours.
If you arrive earlier and if your accommodation is ready, it is possible to enter earlier.
We kindly ask our guests to leave the accommodation by 10:00 am on departure day.
Price of the rental house includes 1 parking space.
Parking place is located on the address Obala Petra Kresimir IV 20, approx. 50 meters from the house.
Additional parking spaces are available on parking in the center Podgora at a cost of EUR 10 per day per car.
Important: When leaving the ancillary parking space it is required to set up the traffic triangle in the middle of the parking spaces (supplied by the host). Parking ticket should be placed on a visible place in the car. Parking ticket can be picked up upon arrival at the house. On departure it is necessary to leave the parking ticket in the house.
A 20% deposit has to be paid to confirm the reservation. Upon final payment the total amount will be reduced for the amount of the deposit. In the case of cancelation or absence on agreed term deposit will be retained.
Stay for a pet (dog and cat) is 5 EUR per day.
For the 3 days stay or less, price is increased for 30%.
The rental price includes the final cleaning, cleaning once a week, change of towels twice a week.
