Apartment › OrangeIn the other building, near the Captain's House, we offer accommodation in acomfortable apartment Orange, located on the first floor of the family house, located in green oasis of gardens next to the local harbor in Podgora. Within 45 m2 apartment there are living room, dining room, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and hallway. The living room opens up to two balconies facing south and east, which have more than 12 m2 in total. The apartment is equipped with two separate climate (AC) devices that are placed in living room and bedroom. Kitchen has the combined gas and electric stove, sink, large fridge, desk, large dining table and chairs. The spacious living room has sofa bed for two people, wardrobe and coffee table. The bedroom has double bed, dresser with mirror and wardrobe. The bathroom is equipped with conventional sanitary equipment. The house is secluded, isolated from the bustle and yet very close to the shore and promenade with tourist attractions, restaurants, cafes and shops. The apartment is an ideal place to rest for 2 to 4 people.

Tourist tax is included in the price.
A 20% deposit has to be paid to confirm the reservation.
Upon final payment the total amount will be reduced for the amount of the deposit.
In the case of cancelation or absence on agreed term deposit will be retained.
For the 3 days stay or less, price is increased for 30%.
The rental price includes the final cleaning, cleaning once a week, change of towels twice a week.
Minimum rental period in July and August, 1 week, other period as agreed!
Standard time for the arrival is after 14:00 and before 20:00 hours.
If you arrive earlier and if your accommodation is ready, it is possible to enter earlier..
We kindly ask our guests to leave the accommodation by 10:00 am on departure day.
Price includes use of one parking place free of charge. Parking is located in the harbor, 100 meters from the house.
Additional parking spaces are available on parking in the center Podgora at a cost of EUR 10 per day per car.
Important: When leaving the ancillary parking space it is required to set up the traffic triangle in the middle of the parking spaces (supplied by the host). Parking ticket should be placed on a visible place in the car. Parking ticket can be picked up upon arrival at the house. On departure it is necessary to leave the parking ticket in the house.
